NS Surveying has recently completed a £40million commercial contract for the 2012 London Olympics, where they were solely responsible for every temporary structure erected in London and the South East, outside of the main Olympic Park.
At present, the company is working on extensions to residential properties and a 20 unit new build development. Conversely, we are also acting as advisor and mediator where an impasse has been reached between a client and project manager / builder / surveyor in order to reach a satisfactory conclusion for all parties, to allow work to continue and ultimately have the project completed.
